It is usually installed at the inlet end of pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, constant water level valve or other equipment to remove impurities in the medium and protect the normal use of the valve and equipment. The Y-type filter is basically the same in appearance (Y-type), and its internal parts are all made of stainless steel double-layer net structure, which is firm and durable. It has the characteristics of advanced structure, small resistance and convenient sewage discharge. The applicable medium of Y-type filter can be water, steam, oil, nitric acid, urea, oxidizing medium, etc. The mesh number of filter screen is set according to different needs. Generally, the mesh number of water supply network is 18 ~ 30 mesh / cm2, that of ventilation network is 40 ~ 100 mesh / cm2, and that of oil supply network is 100 ~ 480 mesh / cm2. Filter screen can be made according to user's requirements. The Y-type filter can also be combined with the expansion joint to form a Y-type pull rod expansion filter with adjustable installation length. The filter has the advantages of small size, fine filter hole, small resistance, high effect, convenient installation and maintenance, low cost, and short sewage discharge time. It only takes 5-10 minutes for ordinary small size filter. When the liquid enters the filter blue through the main pipe, the solid impurity particles are blocked in the filter blue, and the clean fluid is discharged through the filter blue and through the outlet of the filter. When cleaning is needed, loosen the plug at the bottom of the main pipe, drain the fluid, remove the flange cover, and install it again after cleaning. Therefore, it is very convenient to use and maintain.

Valve installation and maintenance:

1. The Y-type filter can be installed horizontally or vertically. The direction of inlet and outlet shall be consistent with the arrow direction on the valve body.

2. When the Y-type filter is working for a period of time, some impurities are deposited in the filter core. At this time, the pressure drop increases and the flow rate will decrease. It is necessary to remove the impurities in the filter core in time

3. When cleaning impurities, special attention should be paid to that stainless steel wire mesh on the filter element cannot be deformed or damaged. Otherwise, the filter installed again will not meet the design requirements after filtration, and the compressor, pump, instrument and other equipment will be damaged.

4. If any deformation or damage is found, it is necessary to replace it immediately.

The core of Y-type filter is the core of filter. The filter element is composed of filter frame and stainless steel wire mesh. Stainless steel wire mesh is suitable for damage and special protection is required.
