Butterfly valve introduction:

degree reciprocating and rotary, small driving torque, etc.. for cutting, connecting and adjusting the medium in the pipeline. It has good fluid control

characteristics and close sealing ability.

2, the didlink butterfly valve can transport mud, and the least liquid is stored in the pipeline. A good seal can be achieved under low pressure. The regulation

performance is good.

3. The streamlined design of the butterfly plate makes the fluid resistance loss small. It can be said to be an energy saving product.

4, the stem is a bar structure, after quenching and tempering treatment, has good comprehensive mechanical properties and corrosion resistance,

scratch resistance. When the butterfly valve is opened and closed, the stem only rotates without liting and running. The packing of the stem is not

easy to damage, and the sealing is reliable. It is fixed with the butterfly plate cone pin, and the overhanging end is designed to prevent the blow out,

so that the stem will collapse when the valve stem and butterfly plate joint break accidentally.

5, the connection way is flange connection, clip pair connection, butt welding connection and lug clip connection.

The driving form is manual, worm wheel drive, electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, electro-hydraulic linkage and other actuators, which can realize remote

control and automatic operation.

There are three selection criteria for butterfly valves:

2. Is there a formal production qualification and product testing report?

3. Material must be ensured. Hydraulic system must be used exclusively for butterfly valves.
