Use water hydraulic control valve is a kind of self embellish body, do not need to add oil lubrication, in case of damage of main parts in the valve, please follow the instructions below to remove:
1. The main valve before and after the first side gate valve closed.
2. The piping on the main valve cover joint screw loosening, pressure release valve.
3. Put all the screws removed, including controlling necessary pipeline brass nut.
4. Take the cover and spring.
5. To get off axis core, diaphragm, piston, do not damage the diaphragm.
6. Remove the above things, after check the diaphragm, and o-rings for damage;If no damage do not again points to its internal parts.
7. If any damage found diaphragm or o-rings, please loose the nut on the axis core, get to decompose the diaphragm or circle, then remove to replace a new diaphragm or o-rings.
8. A detailed review of inside the main valve seat, shaft core whether have damage, if there are other debris inside the main valve to clear it.
9. According to the reverse order will replace the combinations of components installed after the main valve, no jam phenomenon should be the valve.
