What material is RPTFE?
Reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene, also known as modified polytetrafluoroethylene, is made of polytetrafluoroethylene with a certain amount of fillers, such as glass fiber, bronze powder, molybdenum disulfide, graphite, carbon fiber, etc., after high-speed mixing, molding, and then high-temperature sintering.
It can improve the compression, resilience and reduce the cold flow of RPTFE.
Polytetrafluoroethylene glass fiber (RPTFE) bar is made of suspended polytetrafluoroethylene resin by molding and sintering. Polytetrafluoroethylene has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and dielectric properties in known plastics, and can be used in the range of -250 ℃ - 250 ℃, and it has the characteristics of low friction coefficient and good corrosion resistance in known plastic materials. Can be processed into a variety of parts, anti-corrosion gasket.
