1. Before installation, confirm whether the product performance and medium flow arrow of the factory are consistent with the moving condition, and plug and wash the valve inner cavity. No impurities and foreign matters are allowed on the sealing ring and butterfly plate. Before cleaning, it is not allowed to close the butterfly plate to avoid damaging the sealing ring.

2. The disc plate installation supporting flange is recommended to adopt butterfly valve flange, namely hgj54-91 socket welded steel flange.

3. The position installed in the pipeline is vertical installation, but it cannot be inverted.

4. In use, the flow rate needs to be adjusted, and the worm gear box is used for control.

5. for the disc valve with more opening and closing times, open the worm case cover for about two months to check whether the butter is normal, and proper amount of butter shall be kept.

6. Check that the joint parts are required to be compressed, that is to say, the sealing of the packing is guaranteed, and the valve stem can be rotated flexibly.

7. Metal seal butterfly valve products are not suitable for installation at the end of the pipeline. If it is necessary to install at the end of the pipeline, the outlet flange shall be installed to prevent the sealing ring from overstocking and over positioning.
