1. The instrument pipeline is blocked

Because the regulating Butterfly valve is at the end of the instrument branch, the impurities in the pipeline are easy to accumulate and block at this place, resulting in the low pressure of the instrument pipe, the regulating valve can not be fully opened and closed, or even the regulating valve does not act.

2. Air filter pressure reducing valve failure

The air filter pressure reducing valve has been used for a long time with too much dirt, the pressure reducing valve has air leakage, the set output pressure of the pressure reducing valve is too low, so that the output instrument air pressure is less than the specified pressure, resulting in the slow action of the valve, unable to fully open and close, or even no action.

3. Copper tube connection failure

Due to the aging of copper pipe, air leakage and loose or blocked joint, the instrument signal air pressure is low, resulting in the control valve not acting, unable to fully open and close, unstable valve position in manual state, resulting in regulation oscillation.

4. Instrument system fault

The air compressor station is abnormal, the purification air tank of the device is abnormal, the water cut is not timely, the air line is frozen, the instrument air line leaks or is blocked by stolen goods, resulting in the instrument air pressure of the device is too low or even no wind.
