Type of check valve

Check valve is one of the commonly used valves. It refers to the valve that automatically opens and closes the valve disc depending on the flow of the medium itself, which is used to prevent the backflow of medium. For a variety of types, different check valves have different functions. Check valve is to rely on the flow of the medium itself and automatically open and close the valve disc, with the prevention of medium backflow valve, also known as check valve, one-way valve, reverse flow valve and back pressure valve. Check valve is a kind of automatic valve. Its main function is to prevent the reverse flow of medium, reverse rotation of pump and drive motor, and discharge of container medium.

Type of check valve:

1. DIDLINK Lift check valve

2. The disc of the swing check valve is disc-shaped and rotates around the rotating shaft of the valve seat channel. Because the inner channel of the valve is linear, the flow is smaller than that of the lift check valve. It is suitable for low velocity and large caliber occasions with irregular flow, but it is not suitable for pulsating flow, and its sealing performance is not as good as that of the lifting type. Swing check valve is divided into single valve type, double valve type and most half type. The three types are mainly divided according to the valve diameter to prevent the medium from stopping flow or reverse flow and reducing hydraulic impact.

3. Compression type check valve: This valve is used as boiler feed water and steam cut-off valve, it has the comprehensive function of lifting check valve and stop valve.

5. In line check valve: valve with disc sliding along the center line of valve body. Pipeline check valve is a new type of valve. It is small in size, light in weight and good in processing. It is one of the development directions of check valve. But the fluid resistance coefficient is slightly larger than the swing check valve.
